Job summary

A B Graphic International Ltd (ABG) is seeking a Technical Author to join our Carnaby team. You will create, review and maintain technical documentation for our range of print finishing machinery, ensuring accuracy and accessibility worldwide.

You’ll work with Word, Solid Edge Viewer and PDF tools, support translations, and ensure documentation aligns with our IMS standards while applying Lean and 5S principles for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering with ability to translate technical information into clear manuals.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation across products and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration across international groups.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and update machine operation manuals and tooling packs.
• Collaborate with Technical Documentation Team to gather information and maintain standards.
• Manage documentation and translations across product range for consistency.
• Maintain electronic documentation and ensure latest information is accessible to users.
• Prepare and distribute manuals and tooling packs to group companies, distributors and customers.
• Support IMS maintenance and control within the company.
