Job summary

Totalmobile Ltd, the UK’s leading Field Service Management provider, is seeking a Technical Author to own Connect documentation end-to-end. You will immerse yourself in the product, build expertise, and create user guides that help customers navigate complex workflows.

You will work with product managers, developers, QA, and support to ensure accuracy, improve information architecture, and enable self-service.

Qualifications

• End-user software documentation experience.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and structured authoring.
• Ability to collaborate with product, development, QA and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Connect product documentation end-to-end.
• Review, improve and expand existing content while creating new guides and release notes.
• Develop user guides and supporting content; improve navigation and discoverability.
