Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years in IT consulting and solution delivery.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, M365 Copilot & Copilot Studio, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience facilitating business and technical workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of governance, security, compliance, and collaboration frameworks.
• Ability to support initial Copilot conversations, readiness assessments and adoption planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on Microsoft 365 and digital workplace transformation.
• Assess requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft-based solutions.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and other 365 services.

• Drive demonstrations, proofs of concepts, and client presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting and solutioning skills, enabling organizations to maximize their digital workplace investments while supporting initial discussions around Microsoft Copilot adoption and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
• Assess business requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft-based solutions.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for productivity and collaboration improvements.
• Provide advisory support and preliminary solution guidance on Microsoft Copilot readiness, adoption, governance, and use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop roadmaps for Microsoft 365 modernization and AI-enabled workplace transformation.
• Support governance, security, compliance, and information architecture best practices within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Drive solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Min 10-15 years of overall IT consulting and solution delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services including:
• SharePoint Online
• M365 Copilot & Copilot Studio
• Onedrive
• Outlook
• Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience facilitating business and technical workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and collaboration frameworks.
• Ability to support initial Microsoft Copilot conversations, including readiness assessments, business value discussions, and adoption planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 migration, modernization, or digital workplace transformation programs.
• Understanding of Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or related technologies.
• Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
