Rullion are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and assurance of complex IT solutions within a large-scale, regulated environment. The role ensures security, resilience and alignment with enterprise architecture standards, working with internal stakeholders and multiple suppliers to maintain technical quality and delivery excellence.

• Experience designing enterprise-scale IT architectures across cloud, networks and integration.
• Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable and resilient technical solutions.
• Strong communication to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles in regulated environments.
• Experience working across multi-supplier delivery environments.
• Track record in architectural assurance and oversight of supplier-delivered solutions.
• Experience ensuring designs meet enterprise standards and security requirements.
• Current SC clearance or willingness to undergo vetting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and assurance of technical solutions, aligning with enterprise standards.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Design and review architectures across cloud, infrastructure, networks and apps.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support architectural governance and ARB participation where required.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to meet objectives.
• Ensure effective integration across multi-supplier delivery environments.
• Embed cyber security requirements into technical designs and controls.
• Identify and manage technical risks, escalating as needed for delivery success.
