Job summary

SR2 REC LTD in London is currently seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join on a contract basis. Active SC clearance is required due to the sensitive nature of the role.

You will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams, own technical outcomes, and guide design and delivery. Work closely with engineers, product, and other technical specialists to support authentication services across user-facing applications.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar architecture-focused role.
• Experience with identity, authentication and authorisation technologies.
• Strong knowledge of OIDC and OAuth protocols.
• Experience leading technical teams delivering user-focused digital services.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, security and scalability.
• Experience working in Agile multidisciplinary teams and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Take ownership of technical outcomes and support teams through design and delivery.
• Lead technical decision-making and contribute to technology selection.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams and other technical specialists.
• Support the integration of authentication and identity services across applications.
• Influence senior stakeholders and support evidence-based technical decisions.
