Technical Architect at Established London Practice

If you are a technically minded Architect who enjoys making complex building information clear, coordinated and buildable, this could be a strong next move.

The role is aimed at a Technical Architect, but an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist with strong Revit and detailing skills would also fit well.

About the Practice

The practice is a long-established London studio with a broad technical and consultancy-led workload, including existing buildings and residential-led projects.

It should suit someone who likes the structure of a larger practice, but still wants to be close to detailed design, construction information and the practical decisions that make projects work.

The Role

You will join a technical team working across the building lifecycle, with a particular focus on producing robust packages and helping projects move through detailed design and technical stages.

The work will suit someone who is confident in Revit, comfortable with technical detailing and interested in existing-building challenges as well as new development work.

What You Will Be Working On

• Technical packages across RIBA stages 3 and 4
• Existing-building and development-led project work
