Job summary

RIBA 1834 Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our studio and lead design development from inception to completion.

You will produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications, liaise with contractors, and participate in design team meetings and site visits. ARB registration and strong post Part 3 experience in a UK practice are essential, with proficiency in Revit and a thorough understanding of UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• ARB registered with strong post Part 3 experience in a UK practice.
• Proficient in Revit and capable of delivering high quality technical drawings.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sectors and stages 0–7.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Produce creative design solutions
• Develop high-quality technical drawing and specifications
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
• Attend design team meetings and site visits

Duties for the role of Technical Architect include:

Skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

• ARB registered
