• Respond to customer technical enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide product information and technical guidance.
• Attend Design Team Meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
• Utilise Salesforce and other systems to manage enquiries and records.
• Support the delivery of technical projects across departments.
