We are working exclusively with a leading manufacturer in the nutritional supplements space, to find a Technical and Quality Manager who can drive and implement technical excellence across their supply chain and product portfolio.
As the Technical and Quality Manager, you’ll take the reins as their first in-house technical hire, shaping best practice across a growing product range and supplier network which is also looking to expand into national retails channels in the future. This is a chance to leave your stamp!
The business is on track to triple turnover by next year and your role will scale with it! There’s a clear path for this role to grow into a Head of Technical as the company continues to grow. You’ll also benefit from mentorship by a trusted external technical consultant.

The Business
Our client is a mission-driven nutraceutical and supplements brand with an emphasis on science-led formulations which are well trusted by their growing customer base.
Their offices are based in central London, within the City of Westminster, offering good transport links and plenty of nearby amenities. Operations are handled via co-packers, which you’ll oversee from a quality and compliance perspective.
Looking ahead, the business has ambitious plans, including expansion into major UK retail stores and continued high-growth across channels.
What You’ll Need
You’ll bring a background in food manufacturing, nutraceuticals or supplements, along with strong technical expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance, supplier audits, and traceability.
You should be comfortable implementing new ways of working from a compliance point of view and comfortable managing the challenges that come with growing product volumes.
Experience working with co-packers/outsourced manufacturing partners and exposure to D2C or ecommerce-driven product lines would be a strong advantage.
Most importantly, you'll have a collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment.
