Our well-known health and wellbeing client is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to recruit their first Quality Assurance Manager, offering up to £51,800. The role involves one day in the office and four days working from home.

You will own end-to-end quality in a digital squad, ensuring all guidelines are followed throughout execution. You will be responsible for maintaining low defect rates and high quality of work.

To be considered, you should demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in quality assurance. A proactive approach to managing quality strategically is essential. Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with frequent changes is required. You should be able to engage your squad in quality assurance processes and have a good understanding of common technologies within a digital function.
