Technical and Environmental Co-Ordinator

Salary: Competitive
Location: Full-time, on-site

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a role model and advocate for Food Safety.
2. Conduct Internal Audits and Hygiene Inspections.
3. Support new starter inductions.
4. Assist with customer complaints responses and internal investigations.
5. Maintain the IMS system, updating procedures, work instructions, and master forms in conjunction with the Technical Lead.
6. Support external audits and customer visits.
7. Support the implementation of ISO45001 standard.
8. Promote continuous improvement to enhance quality, controls, and operational performance, while reducing waste and costs.
9. Advocate for environmental sustainability and oversee environmental operations to ensure regulatory compliance and permit renewals.
10. Ensure compliance with local regulations in industrial operations.
