As a Technical Analyst, you help keep our Technical systems, data and processes accurate and up to date. You help compliance, quality, and product integrity by maintaining key technical information, monitoring customer systems and helping teams access the data they need. You work closely with QA, Raw Materials, Specifications, Production and Process teams to enable the delivery of safe, legal and high-quality products.,
- Update and maintain Technical systems so products remain safe, legal and high-quality.
- Handle customer complaints: log them, assign them for investigation and support timely responses.
- Maintain internal audit schedules, traceability test plans and ensure non-conformances are logged and tracked.
- Complete internal audits on time and support follow-up actions.
- Monitor customer retail systems, check alerts and testing results and share issues with the right teams.
- Collate daily, weekly and monthly KPI data, including trends and summary reports.
- Produce presentation packs, graphs and summary reports when needed.
- Support Technical functions across the site by keeping documents, trackers and records accurate.
- Work with teams such as Process, QA, Hygiene, NPD, Commercial, Engineering, Purchasing and Planning.

- With a good understanding of food safety, hygiene and audit requirements.

- You will have good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.With a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving.
