Job summary

Samworth Brothers is seeking a QA Manager to lead the site Quality Assurance team and ensure our food products meet safety, legal and quality standards daily. You will collaborate with Operations, Technical and other teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve issues promptly.

You'll champion HACCP, audits and supplier standards, coach QA colleagues, and act as the main contact for food safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA or technical role within food manufacturing.
• Understanding of food safety, quality systems and audits.
• Confidence leading teams and collaborating with production colleagues.

Job DescriptionAs a QA Manager, you help make sure the food we produce is safe, legal and high quality every day. You lead the Quality Assurance team and oversee quality systems across the site. You work closely with Operations, Technical and other teams to make sure standards are followed, issues are resolved quickly and continuous improvement is part of everyday work.
