Job summary

Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd is seeking a committed professional to join the Service Technical department, providing technical advice to Gas Safe engineers by telephone and ensuring high-quality customer service.

You will interpret technical information, understand customer needs, and communicate clearly. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge while contributing to KPI performance in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4 or above in English (or equivalent).
• You have a passion for customer service and pride yourself on exceeding customer expectations.
• Good problem-solving aptitude enabling accurate fault diagnosis.
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
• We provide full product training to all team members.

Responsibilities

• You will be working as part of the Vaillant Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers.
