Job summary

Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd in Northern Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair Vaillant products on customer sites. You will diagnose faults on breakdown calls and perform system repairs.

You will deliver excellent customer service, work to KPIs with the Field Service Manager, and follow defined procedures. A strong technical background and gas certification are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 and LPG ACS gas certificates.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
• High level of technical knowledge of domestic gas products and good IT skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to exceed customer expectations and grow skills.

Responsibilities

• All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and the training department.

• Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
• A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and effective communications and IT skills.
• An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence.
• The candidate must have an interest to grow their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as renewable and commercial products.
