Job summary

Morgan Ryder is seeking a Technical Administrator to join a Liverpool-based manufacturing team. You will support the technical function, maintaining data and documentation, and coordinating across technical, production, quality and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a technical degree or relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. Excellent organisation and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a technical degree or experience in a technical, engineering/manufacturing/quality or production administration role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BOMs and product data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical databases and ERP systems.
• Create, update and control technical documentation.
• Support management of product specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Produce reports and analyse technical data.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate.
• Provide administrative support to the wider technical function.
