Job summary

Honiton-based FMCG food manufacturer is seeking a Technical Administrator to own document control, process updates and support site compliance.

You will work closely with the Site Technical Manager on food safety, quality, training, investigations and product release, with scope for progression within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Food Science/Food Technology degree or relevant Technical/QA experience.
• FMCG, Food, Drink or Pharma background.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and systems skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Document control and process updates.
• Food safety & quality training coordination.
• Complaints, deviations and investigations.
• Quality & food safety trending and reporting.
• HACCP support.
