Job summary

Manucomm Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a growing FMCG food manufacturer in Honiton is seeking a Technical Administrator to support the Site Technical Manager. You will be responsible for document control, quality training coordination and assisting with HACCP compliance.

Key duties include handling complaints and deviations, performing quality trending and reporting, and supporting product release as well as Technical Manager cover during absences. The role offers a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Food Science/Technology degree or relevant Technical/QA experience.
• FMCG, Food, Drink or Pharma background.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and systems skills.
