Addington Ball Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Warwickshire-based accountancy practice to recruit a Technical Accountant. You’ll review draft accounts for compliance with FRS 102, FRS 105 and GAAP, and help train junior team members while driving efficiency within the accounts function.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE with practice experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to review consolidated/audited accounts.
• Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or IRIS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

• Review draft accounts files to ensure compliance with FRS 102, FRS 105 and GAAP

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA / ACCA qualified or QBE with proven practice experience
• Strong technical knowledge and experience reviewing consolidated accounts and audited accounts
• Experience using software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or IRIS
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• A supportive team player who enjoys developing others
