Job summary

MorePeople is partnering with a leading UK fresh produce business supplying major supermarkets and processing customers. We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their team and own a key retail account, building strong relationships while ensuring technical, quality and food safety standards are delivered across the supply chain.

You will lead customer meetings, manage specifications and portals, and support NPD, artwork and product approvals while driving quality

Qualifications

• Strong supermarket/customer-facing experience.
• BRCGS and audit knowledge would be advantageous.
• HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience with customer portals and specifications.

Responsibilities

We're working with a leading fresh produce business supplying major UK supermarkets and processing customers, who are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their team.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll own a key retail account, build strong relationships and make sure technical, quality and food safety standards are delivered across the supply chain.

• 5+ years' technical experience within fresh produce
• Strong supermarket/customer-facing experience
• BRCGS and audit knowledge
• HACCP & Food Safety Level 3
• Experience with customer portals and specifications
• Supplier/grower auditing experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, commercial and can-do attitude
