A leading company in the UK is seeking a Technical Account Lead to join their Business Development Team. You will oversee technical success for various accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. The role involves liaising with clients, demonstrating systems, and supporting project launches, all while being based in Bristol or Derby with travel as needed.
As a Technical Account Lead, you will be part of the Business Development Team, working to meet business objectives and expand our portfolio by delivering for existing clients and exploring new opportunities. Your role involves providing assurance and confidence to customers using the AIVR or DepotMATE systems, ensuring these systems meet their expectations and requirements.
You will oversee the technical success of various accounts and projects, from initial surveys and trials to ongoing system usage, while identifying opportunities for technical advancements and deployments. Additionally, you'll prepare for project launches, liaising across sectors and teams to ensure successful deployment and usage.
With your growing knowledge and customer relationship skills, you'll identify further opportunities for customer engagement. Collaborating with Business Development and Commercial teams, you will provide technical insights and support for proposals aimed at growing customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and technical success.
You will be based in Derby or Bristol, with travel to internal and customer sites as needed. You will demonstrate AIVR/DepotMATE capabilities and conduct lightweight technical surveys (training provided) to facilitate technical discussions.
