Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a PMO Director to lead a complex, global business transformation on a contract basis. The role provides senior programme management across a major customer experience transformation spanning retail, online, clinical, data, technology and organisational change.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and deliver governance, reporting and operating model requirements to drive successful delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior programme management experience within large-scale business transformation.
• PMO leadership or Head of Programmes experience in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across full programme lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across technology, data, process and change.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.
• Delivery-led approach with tenacity to resolve issues and sustain momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide rigour and discipline across planning, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across regions and interconnected programmes.
• Lead governance of inter- and intra-programme dependencies.
• Support leadership with updates, insights and governance recommendations.
• Develop reporting, KPIs and dashboards for programme decisions.
• Work with business readiness teams to prepare for change.
• Establish governance with other programmes for delivery clarity.
• Resolve issues and priorities in complex, ambiguous environments.
