Job summary

Advania Group is seeking an M365 and Azure Cloud Consultant (Technical Lead Internally) to guide customers on digital roadmaps and design tooling for secure, scalable cloud solutions within Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure ecosystems.

The role emphasizes cloud security, Zero Trust, Entra ID, and strong governance, with hybrid work and initial onsite client presence in Central London. Salary range £65,000–£70,000.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience designing secure, scalable cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Understanding Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, and cloud security.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust across identity, device, and data.

Responsibilities

• Consulting clients to understand digital transformation needs and provide expert advice.
• Designing and implementing tooling to meet customers' digital strategies.
• Acting as a technical design authority and setting standards across teams.
• Participating in project estimation and scoping to define work and budgets.
• Maintaining strong relationships with Technical Operations, Account Management, and Service Delivery teams.
• Implementing monitoring, alerting, and governance within Azure to ensure security and compliance.
• Ensuring solutions are documented and transitioned into managed services with clear ownership.
