Job summary

Varonis is seeking a Recruiter to manage designated requisitions and diligently fill open positions with top talent in the UK. You will partner with hiring managers, develop hiring plans, and apply best sourcing methods to identify ideal candidates.

You will screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, coordinate interview timelines, and maintain ongoing candidate communication while staying up to date with market trends. 2–5 years of recruiting experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology sales.
• Experience leading and managing team members.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to learn technical information and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
