Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Internal Resourcer to support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. The role focuses on managing the full candidate lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and managing IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals; matching candidates to client requirements and guiding interview and offers; building and maintaining strong pipelines across IT specialisms;

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting IT roles including diverse tech talent
• Experience working with System Integrators (SI)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Target-driven with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview and offer processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
• Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
