Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Internal Resourcer to support our technology recruitment team in Gloucester. You will source and screen IT candidates, coordinate interviews, and help deliver high-quality talent to clients across fast-paced environments.

In this role you will build pipelines across IT specialisms, maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, and work closely with account managers to meet client expectations while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in IT roles.
• Experience working with System Integrators SI.
• Ability to manage multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
