Job summary

Randstad IT Recruitment Resourcer is seeking a proactive professional to support the recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent across IT specialisms. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to offer, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

You will source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and referrals, screen and match to client requirements, and maintain strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment across multiple roles and IT domains.
• Familiarity with System Integrators (SI) environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
• Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
