Job summary

Tecknuovo is seeking a Talent Manager to lead end-to-end contract recruitment across multiple technology disciplines, building strong pipelines and delivering fast deployment for customer demand.

In this hands-on delivery role, you’ll partner with Delivery, Client Partners and the wider business to understand requirements, proactively identify consultants and mobilise them quickly while maintaining a high-performance Talent Hub.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in contract recruitment delivering high-quality consultants into customer engagements.
• Experience recruiting technology consultants and full contract recruitment lifecycle including proactive sourcing, screening and mobilisation.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term consultant relationships and talent communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end contract recruitment across a range of technology disciplines and secure high-quality consultants.
• Build and strengthen a high-quality network of technology consultants to anticipate future requirements.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates to create strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with Delivery, Client Partners and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise recruitment.
• Screen candidates, negotiate day rates and manage mobilisation through to deployment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and consultant records to keep pools current and searchable.
• Coach and support less experienced Talent team members and share market insight.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Hub processes and strategies.
