Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Project Planner to manage scheduling across multiple sites, including remote and London-based work at our Angel office. You will coordinate with engineering, production and sales to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role supports 4D planning using augmented reality and BIM integration, with data analytics via Power BI. Candidates with a project-focused background in construction tech are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams with Primavera P6 and 4D integration.
• Integrate Project Programmes into 3D design and BIM models.
• Collaborate with Sales to support client calls with schedule knowledge.
• Perform project data analytics using Power BI, Power Apps and Excel.
• Monitor progress and manage stakeholder communications in a front‑office role.
• Provide technical support for Planning & Project Controls within the project team.
