We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Officer to join our team. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support. This role requires a strong technical IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for IT operations, including system maintenance, and servicing of photography-related equipment and devices.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for PCs and other devices.
• Deliver timely and effective customer service support and solutions on IT-related areas.
• Collaborate with operation teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and up-to-date software and hardware inventory.
• Handling ad-hoc projects is required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting and familiarity with IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken language.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
