SCC is seeking a Tech Support - Cloud VDI professional to join the UK Infrastructure Team. You will handle incidents and tasks via ServiceNow, plan changes, and liaise with teams to deliver chargeable work for customers. Security clearance or eligibility is required.
Role requires strong Citrix, VDI, and AD skills, plus experience with AppSense/Ivanti and FSLogix. Hybrid working in the UK and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Location: UK wide (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday
Interview Process: 2-stage process
The role will be a Tech support VDI as part of Uk Infrastructure Team supporting the Virtualised Desktop environments, the role will include resolving Incidents & Tasks raised by the customer through service now, planning and implementing changes to customer requirements, Liaising with TSMs, projects, and other parts of the business to carry out chargeable work for customers or other business areas.
Security Clearance or eligibility to get it will be required for this role!
