Job summary

Keeler, part of Halma, is seeking a Technical Support Associate – Products & Software to deliver first-line technical support for Keeler’s product range and software, including Konnect, Accutome Connect, Kapture and Kinexis. Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career candidate with a curious, customer-focused mindset.

You will learn product knowledge, software support skills and build confidence in assisting both internal and external customers, with full training and mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
• Experience with IT support or technical customer service is beneficial.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation and remote support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical enquiries via ticketing, email, phone and video.
• Assist customers with product and software-related enquiries in a professional manner.
• Support software installation and operational guidance under supervision.
• Use remote tools to aid software installation and troubleshooting.
• Register and track enquiries and returns in the ERP system with timely updates.
• Escalate complex issues to SMEs and maintain clear customer communications.
• Contribute to knowledge base, FAQs and process improvements.
• Create educational content such as how-to guides and training material.
