Job summary

Keeler, a member of Halma, is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-line technical support for Keeler’s product range and software. The role targets recent graduates or early-career candidates, with training provided to develop product knowledge and software support skills.

Location is Windsor with full-time permanent status. You will handle inquiries via ticketing, email, and phone, assist with software installation, and contribute to knowledge base documentation while

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing IT support is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical enquiries via ticketing, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with product and software-related questions.
• Support software installation and troubleshooting with guidance.
• Use remote tools to assist with installation and configuration.
• Record and track enquiries and returns in ERP.
• Escalate complex issues to SMEs when needed.
• Maintain knowledge base and contribute to process improvements.
• Create educational content and training materials.
