Liberty Blume in London is seeking a Tech Strategy Lead to define and drive the technology vision for our next growth phase. You will translate market trends and AI-driven opportunities into actionable strategies, partnering with senior leadership to shape transformational initiatives from concept to delivery.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on analysis, and the ability to influence across the organisation, including involvement in M&A and tech investments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience shaping technology strategy in corporate strategy, consulting, tech leadership or product strategy.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable tech strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, with ability to assess relevance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term technology strategy and roadmap aligned with growth.
• Identify trends in AI and ML; translate into recommended actions.
• Partner with Ventures and Innovation to evaluate and scale new tech.
• Conduct market and partner analysis; advise build vs. buy and sourcing.
• Produce executive briefings and board papers to align leadership.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decisions at the executive level.
• Collaborate across Technology, Product, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Strategy to ensure value delivery.
• Support investment planning, business cases, supplier negotiations, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to transformation programmes including M&A to support growth.
