Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate & Engagement Manager for its Tech Services team within the Consumer, Telco & Technology practice. The role focuses on leading projects, breaking down complex problems, and delivering practical, client-ready recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership skills, and a willingness to travel; a top-tier degree and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or in-house consulting.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Willingness to travel part of the working week.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our talented team.

Responsibilities

• Associates will effectively break down complex problems into discrete tasks and manage small teams to move work forward.
• Engagement Managers are on-scene leaders who run projects day to day and ensure bold, practical recommendations.
• Develop leaders and mentor junior consultants while strengthening leadership capabilities.
• Take ownership of client relationships and increasingly complex engagements.
