Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or with industry experience in a strategy department or in-house consulting.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Willingness to travel part of the working week.
• Know-how to take the initiative, seek out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to great use.
• Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll have you ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Fluent in English.
• A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex problems and direct junior consultants, project managing with a senior team.
• Plan and execute analysis and identify core issues to craft suitable recommendations.
• Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams.
• Lead on-scene project leadership and stakeholder management to ensure bold, practical, cohesive recommendations.
