Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a top-tier consulting firm or 3 years of experience at a large insurer
• Knowledge of finance and/or risk management topics including Solvency II/UK internal models and credit risk modelling
• Proven track record in project management with experience leading teams
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new skills
• Creativity in generating innovative solutions
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
