Job summary

Currys plc in Aberystwyth is recruiting a Sales Colleague to join our store team on a permanent full‑time basis. The role offers flexibly 30–39 hours per week with a base hourly rate of £12.71 and an average bonus per hour of £0.89, rising to £13.01 after probation.

You’ll complete a two to three day induction, then sell, serve and support customers with confidence. Our Sales Colleagues work across store departments, supporting with delivery, installation and payments.

Qualifications

• No prior technical knowledge required; full induction provided.
• Strong focus on customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to achieve personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
