You’ll join a friendly team across opening hours, with induction and ongoing product training to build confidence in recommending the latest devices.

The role offers flexible hours (8–39 per week) with weekend shifts, a supportive pension, product discounts and a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• No in-depth tech knowledge required; induction provided.
• Induction of 2–3 days virtually or at the academy.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
• Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
• Working across different departments and product ranges.
• Supporting with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
