Job summary

Currys plc in Yeovil is hiring a Sales Colleague on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll work 30–39 hours weekly, with some weekend scheduling, earning £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus of 0.89 per hour, rising to £13.01 after probation.

Training begins with a 2–3 day induction, virtual or at the Fort Dunlop academy, to build product knowledge. You'll help customers select products, arrange delivery/installation, and support recycling and payment options.

Qualifications

• No deep prior tech knowledge required; two to three day induction (virtual or in-person) to build product knowledge.
• Approachable, friendly and a strong team player with a customer focus.
• Ability to learn about the latest technology and achieve personal sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer delivery, installation, recycling and payment support services.
• Contribute to store sales performance and work across departments.
• Assist with store operations and general tasks.
