Currys is recruiting a Sales Colleague for our Douglas store on the Isle of Man. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with a base hourly rate of £12.71 plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (rising to £13.01 after probation).

You’ll receive a two to three day induction, either virtually or at the academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, to build confidence in selling, serving and supporting customers and to understand our latest products.

Qualifications

• No formal tech knowledge required; full induction provided.
• Flexible hours to cover weekends including Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Asks the right questions to match customers with products.
• Makes every customer interaction memorable.
• Offers delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contributes to overall sales performance of the store.
• Works across departments and product ranges.
• Supports running the store by completing operational tasks.
