Responsibilities

Create demand and identify new opportunities in assigned territories and portfolios.
Engage and qualify prospective customers via phone, email, social media and campaigns.
Develop and maintain an active pipeline; support renewals and expansions.
Participate in discovery conversations to understand objectives and needs.
Deliver virtual demonstrations and solution overviews linking IBM capabilities to outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor with up-to-date product knowledge.
Collaborate with Specialists, CSMs, AEs, partners and marketing to move deals forward.
Utilize IBM digital and AI-enabled tools to improve engagement and drive revenue.
