Our Risk Consulting group employs a broad range of technical and sector-specific skills to help clients enhance profits while mitigating risks such as fraud, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies. Technology Risk Consulting (TRC), a rapidly expanding department with about 200 professionals, often works on international projects in close collaboration with other KPMG offices. Our services include IT and ERP controls, GRC solutions, IT Security, and SOX 404 frameworks, among others. The role involves client engagement and relationship building.

Role Description:

We aim to expand our Oracle offerings within our ERP & Business Systems team. The successful candidate, a Senior Manager specializing in Oracle Controls, will lead delivery of Oracle service lines, develop new business, and establish themselves as a subject matter expert. The role requires specific ERP and GRC (Oracle) experience, focusing on process controls and assurance services, with client-facing responsibilities.

Key activities include:

• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of client engagements
• Managing scope, finances, risks, and deliverables
• Building strong client relationships at high levels
• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
• Mentoring team members

Responsibilities:

• Driving Oracle-related sales and managing proposals and presentations
• Leading multiple assurance and advisory engagements
• Overseeing project scope, delivery, and quality
• Developing networks and promoting KPMG's Oracle capabilities
• Expanding Oracle services across sectors
• Coaching team members and leading product innovation in Oracle and related technologies

The Person:

Experience and Skills:

• Experience with Oracle business analysis and core financial processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle
• Functional experience with Oracle GRC and Financials, including Oracle Release 12 and Fusion
• Proficiency with Oracle data analysis tools
• Understanding of technology platforms and risk controls
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Capability to deliver within tight deadlines and budgets
