Job summary

Border to Coast Pensions Partnership is seeking a Technology Risk Officer to oversee technology risk across the IT estate, ensuring adherence to information security, operational resilience and outsourcing requirements. This is a hybrid role in West Yorkshire.

You will support risk identification, escalation and reporting, coordinating audits and providing assurance across internal and outsourced ICT providers. Strong governance and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technology and infrastructure risk across information security, cloud, third party and resilience.
• Familiarity with FCA and ISO27001 expectations and outsourcing requirements.
• Knowledge of the three lines of defence model and evidence-led assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technology risk oversight across IT infrastructure and control effectiveness.
• Bridge to second-line risk, compliance and assurance, ensuring documentation and reporting of risks.
