Royal London is seeking a Disaster Recovery and Technology Resilience Manager to lead the governance, oversight and continuous improvement of the technology recovery capability within the Resilience Management Office. You will coordinate two Disaster Recovery Planners and drive readiness across technology teams to ensure critical services recover effectively during disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience in disaster recovery, technology resilience or operational resilience.
• Governance, oversight or assurance role within a complex technology environment.
• Proven track record designing and leading disaster recovery tests and simulations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure spanning cloud, networks, storage and end-user technologies.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the Disaster Recovery Framework, standards, governance processes and reporting.
• Lead the annual disaster recovery testing programme, including component, integrated and enterprise-wide exercises.
• Design scenario-based tests covering interconnected technology services and operational resilience objectives.
• Provide oversight and constructive challenge on recovery strategies, plans, targets and test outcomes.
• Track remediation from exercises, incidents, audits and assurance reviews.
• Report recovery readiness, key risks and improvement activity to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud, Architecture, Service Management and Operational Resilience teams.
