Venquis in Leicester is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to support the full cycle of recruitment, learning to build client relationships, source candidates, and manage hiring from start to finish.

You’ll work with senior consultants to develop skills, contribute to successful placements and revenue growth, with a competitive base and uncapped commission, plus clear career progression and structured training in a forward-thinking, AI-driven staffing business.

Qualifications

• Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and candidates.
• Eagerness to learn about the tech market and industry trends.
• Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including outreach to potential clients and market mapping.
• Assist in managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for tech roles.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer processes.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline toward individual and team targets.
