Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the Estates and Facilities team.

You will deliver a diverse programme of new-build, refurbishment, backlog maintenance and community capital projects across Frimley Health and community sites, with schemes ranging from £50,000 to £30 million and an anticipated capital investment of around £50 million per year over the next three years.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital projects in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance awareness.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital schemes from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
• Align deliverables with clinical and operational priorities.
• Manage budgets, consultants, and contractors to time and budget.
• Ensure schemes comply with governance and statutory requirements.
