2gether Support Solutions is recruiting a permanent Project Manager to oversee capitalprojects within the Central Estates Group in the NHS estate footprint. You will lead delivery across hospitals, working with clinical teams, executives, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, on-budget, high-standard outcomes with minimal patient disruption.

We seek a collaborative, proactive professional with strong leadership, communication and technical skills, including MS Project and Excel, to drive

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Engineering or related field.
• Full membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., CIOB, RICS, RIBA, IHEEM, CIBSE).
• Experience delivering construction, estates, engineering or facilities projects, ideally NHS/public sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital, engineering, infrastructure and minor works projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, designers, consultants and contractors.
• Develop project briefs with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure CDM, planning, building regs and healthcare standards compliance.
• Monitor budgets, risks, quality and programme delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and clear communication through project lifecycles.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Provide estates project management advice to senior leaders.
