Job summary

ICONIC SYSTEMS in Birmingham is offering a Project Management Intern role designed for those curious about leadership and organization. You will learn Agile and Scrum, assist in planning and tracking IT projects, and use tools like Trello, Jira and MS Project under experienced PM guidance.

You'll prepare project documentation and timelines, communicate with internal teams and clients, attend sprint planning and stand-up meetings, and help manage risks, budgets and resources while progressing

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in IT/PM or related field.
• Interest in leadership, organization and project coordination.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic PM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Learn Agile and Scrum methodologies and participate in planning sessions.
• Assist in planning and tracking IT projects and timelines.
• Prepare project documentation and status updates for teams and clients.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to coordinate work.
• Attend sprint planning and stand-up meetings and report progress.
• Help manage risks, budgets, and resources under guidance.
• Monitor progress and deliverables as part of the project team.
