Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager for our Sheffield team to help roll out a new software product. The role focuses on coordinating IT projects, planning activities, reviewing contracts and finances, and ensuring timely delivery across client deployments.

You will work with a large software development team, using MS Project, Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI to manage tasks, track progress, and provide performance insights.

Qualifications

• Project management skills with ability to oversee multiple tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Project Planning including feasibility analysis to ensure consistency with customer’s requirements.
• Evaluate and Monitor Progress
• Help Manage Projects, coordinating with stakeholders and consultants, conducting internal meetings, reviewing finances, and streamlining workflow to keep the project on schedule.
• Perform Data Analysis to produce insights and recommendations for project reviews, performance, risk management.
• Create Documentation: schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, meeting agendas and minutes; prepare presentations and status reports as the main information source.
